Monitoring and Maximizing Quality
Akimeka will monitor and maximize quality based on a program-tested Quality Control Plan (QCP). The QCP will define the techniques, procedures, and methodologies that will be used by Akimeka to assure timely delivery of services as described in each solicitation's Performance Work Statement. Quality performance has been the key element contributing to Akimeka’s ability to expand its business and to retain customers as clients. Our commitment to effectively implement Quality Assurance and Control on each task we perform is fully supported by corporate management. Each implementation is documented in a QCP. The QCP for each task establishes a comprehensive performance management system, in coordination with the Government performance plan that includes: Management Responsiveness, Schedule Control, Contract Management and Administration, Overall Performance, Quality Service Delivery, training of employees in state-of-the-art technologies and a methodology to objectively measure success.
As referenced previously, Team Akimeka maintains ISO 9001:2008 QMS registration and every contract performed under SeaPort-e will utilize processes based on this QMS. Akimeka will use Microsoft Share Point Services, a web-based collaborative management system, as the medium through which we manage this task order individually, using compliant processes and procedures we have established within our QMS. This will allow us to manage our contracts and task orders collaboratively anywhere in the world in real-time, with support and oversight from headquarters and any of our branch offices. It also allows us to give our customers visual access to any of the processes we manage on their projects. Our approach is built on the commitment to “say what we do” and “do what we say.” Our QMS on Share Point will allow us to show the customer that we do what we say. |
